Seeking Recommendations for CHL training Dayton OH

My brother has moved from Virginia to the Dayton OH area and is seeking recommendations for the necessary instruction in the Dayton area to apply for the Ohio CHL. He is a longtime firearms owner/user with a Virginia CHL.
