DeWine can't keep drugs out of his own "house"

So, the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, a division of the Ohio Attorney General's office, has it's headquarters next to the London Correctional Institution.
Literally right next door.
And BCI is in charge of all state correctional facilities.
Including London, which is right next door. Their addresses are 1560 and 1580.
But they can't keep drugs out of the prison.
But DeWine wants to run on a campaign of 'fixing the opioid crisis'...? How long HAS he been Attorney General? Why do we still have drugs in our prisons? And why did the Feds have to clean this up instead of our state overseers?
DeWine. Not ready for prime time.
