Handgun sale across state lines
I was thinking about going to a fun show in KY. Am I allowed to sell handguns there as a private citizen? I was thinking about selling my Glock there... I know I can't do it without a FFL via the internet, so I assume the same holds true for a FTF? I know I can buy long guns there, and I'm pretty sure I can NOT buy handguns there. Any info would be appreciated.

You may sell your Glock to an FFL in KY, but not to an unlicensed individual. You may buy a handgun from anyone, but you'll have to have it transferred through an OH FFL.phirehawk wrote:I was thinking about going to a fun show in KY.
