Hello,
Normally I do not ask for help in pricing, however this has me lost and I can't find much online from recent years.
If anyone has a KBB of guns subscription and would look this up it would be great, otherwise people experienced with values feel free to chime in.
I am looking for a value on a 1977 Winchester Model 94 30-30 20" barrel. The rifle is in 85-90% condition, only 24 rounds fired through it with some light pitting on the receiver area. Bore is near perfect, wood is the same, bluing same. I place the condition at 85-90% because of the pitting.
We are trying to find a fair price to buy/sell this for, so I turn to you folks for help. If you can help with this please do. Thank you in advance.

Re: KBB of Guns? 1977 Model 94
My Gun Digest book of gun prices (2010 edition) put it at $425 in VG condition. Excellent condition is valued at $600. There are 2 pages of different model 94. If it has a deluxe stock you get $25 more for it
hope this helps

In my experience, the 30-30s sell very well in states that allow it for hunting. States that do not allow it for hunting typically do not hold up the value as well. $350-$450 for a nice Winchester wold be a reasonable price especially since it's post-64 but still pre-crossbolt safety.

Thank you both for the help on values.
Model 94s seem to be finicky with the year of production due to the materials used. 64-77 seems to be the low point of production for them as well.
