Need a Custom Holster Clip Made

I have been happy with everything about my current holster company except the design of their belt clips. So, I have started making my own from 1/8” thick aluminum. I have had pretty good results, but being aluminum it does deform a bit over time, and I suspect that it might eventually break from the stress of flexing at the points where I bent it. I don’t have any metal working experience, so I just bent it cold using a screwdriver blade to provide the radius.

What I would like to do is find some place that could take my design and reproduce it in spring steel, but I am having trouble finding anyone that will deal with a consumer for one or two pieces. Does anyone know of a place that might do that? It would be even better if that place was owned by a forum member.

If you need something for specific custom application, you may be SOL.....keep remaking your aluminum piece as needed.

Form your clip out of the proper material, then find a blacksmith that can heat the metal to proper temp before oil quenching.. (Or view some youtube videos / posts and experiment on your own)
