The forums have been hosted for some time now out of my pocket. We are coming up on the annual domain renewal for ohioccwforums.org and I pay roughly $20/month to keep the forums online. I do this to maintain the long-standing history of discussions here indexed in Google, and so that people have a place to discuss this topic outside of modern social media censorship. If you enjoy the forums and you'd like to help offset the cost, please consider a venmo donation here
Want to talk about IDPA, IPSC, or other competition events you are involved in
or are interested in participating in? Want to know if anyone is going to a local gun show? Wondering when the next OFCC event is? All that and more is in this section!
The day began as bad as anyone could imagine. It looked like a washout for Trap Shooting.
However, by 9:15 a.m. the sky’s cleared and it was a perfect day to spend in the fresh air “bustin’ birds”. We served over 160 breakfasts and had a good lunch turnout too. Family, friends and guests shot about 25 rounds of Trap. The 50/50 raffle winner was Sam Iden, who took home $841.00. Actually, he chose to donate the winnings back to the scholarship fund.
Clearly the big winners of the event will be the next recipients awarded scholarships in the coming year.
A certain awesome holster maker and his sharp shooting wife came down from Cleveland for the second year in a row to attend.
They even won a couple of the Chinese Auctions.
