It's almost time, OFCC Holiday MnG's

Traditionally, we've held Holiday (Christmas season) Meet n Greets throughout the state.
If anyone is interested in heading up one in their geographical area please chime in.
Please feel free to add any locations if I've missed any; we generally host in these areas, Youngstown, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati.
What this usually entails is, determine a location asap. contact that facility and make reservations if they are needed.
What I'll do is, once someone decides to own a geographic area, we (you/me) create a thread and people may rsvp.
With that said, I'll tackle the Youngstown area.

Too, too, too, TOO much to do around that time of year. However January miraculously opens up for damn near everyone in the country.
Want to make a Holiday Meet & Greet that more folks have a shot at attending? Make it in January.

We've not really had a problem with people attending these in the past.
I plan on doing the Y-town event at the beginning of Dec.
While it's neat if the MnG days all coincide, it's not mandatory.

Nothing set in stone yet.
If you like, you can run with it or hold up and see what develops.

Gave you a couple suggestions in your thread. Can certainly advise/help as I've run a couple of these rodeos in the past.

OFCC would like to make it clear, these Holiday MnG's are official sanctioned OFCC events.
We naturally expect those who are heading up each locally held MnG to represent the organization in a positive light
(not that we expect any issues).
OFCC intends to provide funds to Event Leaders to purchase door prizes.
These prizes should be distributed in a manner that gives all participants an equal chance to win them
(if there are not enough for each individual).
Thanks!
