TGI Fridays Brooklyb hts Tiedeman Rd

Post by bones »

We eat at the Brooklyn hts Fridays located on Tiedeman rd quite often and have never seen a gun buster sign but I always disarmed because that was the law. We had dinner there tonight 11-6-11 and there is now a GB sign posted. I had to go back to the car and disarm. The only thing that kept me from going elsewhere is the coupon i had for a free meal (its ok to call me cheap, i call it thrifty). I will be sending a letter to the manager informing them that was our last visit. I'm sure its a corporate decision but I will start with the store manager and go from there. Can someone link me to the OFCC letter already drafted that I can use, as this will be my first attempt at contacting a business about no guns no money.
Allen County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Alan Mefferd said he does not expect any problems arising from people with concealed carry licenses. History has shown those with concealed carry licenses are among the most law-abiding segment of the population. Otherwise, they would not be eligible for a license that gives them the right to carry a concealed handgun, he said...

It really irritates me when these national chains are posting, because I guarantee you they do not post in other states.

I know how I conducted eating habits before this law, to that I will not further comment. I just wonder with more and more places posting if we gained much in the eating catagory? I do not go where places post now. I still have new non posted options. Not sure how long that will last or what my personal choices will be as we progress. Didn't drink then don't drink now when carrying when eating out.

Still, Larosas is my favotite non posted place to eat and not imbibe.... :D

TGI Fridays supposedly has a national anti-CCW policy and they post just about anywhere they can get away with it. I don't dine there much in Ohio and certainly not when I'm out of state so I can't offer an educated opinion on that.

But, I'm about to start another thread here in a second about this recent trend...

Well I certainly do not confuse inconspicuous with conspicuous. Games are not my thing.

I responsed with an explanation that the sign is posted by choice, not by state law.

They dont.
I have been lurking this forum and seeing the chains posting there. They are all not posted here in Florida.
