Virginia's law allows you to take an online class to meet their training requirement to receive your Non-Resident Concealed Handgun License. Ohio and Virginia have a written agreement whereby each state honors licenses issued by the other state (to see this agreement, please click on the "State Laws" tab).

This has the Texas legislators so steamed up that there is now talk of them changing the law in the next legislative session so that Texas residents can only carry on a Texas CHL.

Watch out, it could happen in Ohio as well.

Legislators get ticked off if someone seems to "ignore legislative intent".

The BMV can't do this? I have a webcam, I'll take my own BMV photo.

I could see Dewine dropping the reciprocity with VA if this becomes bigger. Any idea how long ago they changed to allow this method?
