We will allow commercial sales threads to be made provided they follow the Forum Terms of Service, Rules, and Regulations AND abide by the following rules:
- Commercial advertisements, except those permitted in the training forum, are restricted to this forum only.
- Only one thread per item may be listed, and only five active threads per company.
- Advertisements are restricted to products and services directly related to the firearms community. This includes, but is not limited to, firearms, firearm accessories, firearm customization, firearm safety training, tactical training facilities, gun shops, shooting facilities, and legal services targeted to gun owners.
- All threads/items submitted are subject to acceptance by Ohioans For Concealed Carry. Questionable, misleading, or fraudulent ads are declined. OFCC reserves the right, at its option, to revise, reject or cancel any and all advertising which in its sole judgment may be deemed objectionable or contrary to the goals of the organization either in its appearance, subject matter, composition, or phraseology. Political ads are not acceptable.
- The company, advertiser, and advertising agency agree to hold harmless and indemnify OFCC against any and all liability, loss or expense arising from claims for violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights and property rights, libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practices, infringement of trademarks, trade names or patents, and from any other claims resulting out of or caused by the publication of the advertisement by OFCC.
- No CCW badges. Seriously, don't list those here.
