The forums have been hosted for some time now out of my pocket. We are coming up on the annual domain renewal for ohioccwforums.org and I pay roughly $20/month to keep the forums online. I do this to maintain the long-standing history of discussions here indexed in Google, and so that people have a place to discuss this topic outside of modern social media censorship. The C&R only arrived on the 20th of April. So... been right at 2 weeks? Maybe it is still enroute. Rather odd that they ship separate or that there is such a difference in arrival time.

Yeah, ships separate, probably license comes from whoever issues it but the big envelope comes from some gsg depot because it isn't personalized. An oversized white envelope labeled in big letters "OFFICIAL INFORMATION" mine the postmark was about the same as the license issue date but got there a week or two later.
