My packet came a couple weeks after the license. Its the big useless c&r list.and a copy of the fed regulations.

The C&R only arrived on the 20th of April. So... been right at 2 weeks? Maybe it is still enroute. Rather odd that they ship separate or that there is such a difference in arrival time.

Yeah, ships separate, probably license comes from whoever issues it but the big envelope comes from some gsg depot because it isn't personalized. An oversized white envelope labeled in big letters "OFFICIAL INFORMATION" mine the postmark was about the same as the license issue date but got there a week or two later.
