That is meaningless. You pay $33 a month and as long as you don't have a huge amount of complaints they give you an A+ rating regardless of what people say...

I know big company's that have had a bad record for years and still get A+ rating......I dropped out years ago....I have better places to put advertizing money...

The real kicker is that this type of guy isn't an anomaly. Go to any of the local police hiring tests and you will see guys like this. Go to every testing session offered and you will se them there as well. They're wannabees...in other words - we all wannabee sure that they never get a real badge.

I get a warning that says the link is taking me away from Facebook, and then Adobe asks for permission to open a file.
So while I didn't read the article, I wouldn't be sad if the individual in question finally suffered the consequences of his lifestyle choices.

It worked for me. For those that don't want to click, it will take you to the police report. This is pretty much all it says minus all of his information.
