The forums have been hosted for some time now out of my pocket. We are coming up on the annual domain renewal for ohioccwforums.org and I pay roughly $20/month to keep the forums online. I do this to maintain the long-standing history of discussions here indexed in Google, and so that people have a place to discuss this topic outside of modern social media censorship. If you enjoy the forums and you'd like to help offset the cost, please consider a venmo donation here
Want to talk about IDPA, IPSC, or other competition events you are involved in
or are interested in participating in? Want to know if anyone is going to a local gun show? Wondering when the next OFCC event is? All that and more is in this section!

Pendulum scores (per box) are based on two attempts added together.
Dave's group of speed demons shot it 4x, while my geriatric grp. only managed to shoot that stage 2x.
Edited/corrected version.
Next shoot is May 19.

How were we supposed to have shot this? we shot until we hit each plate once, then the next guy went, then we all shot again, and again until you guys were done on your stage.

I guess my group hit the plates in (waaaaaaaaay) less shots.

Even though the forecast is for rain and lots of it this week (Thursday looks like it may not be too bad, we'll see) I have something special planned for this week's event.
Be prepared to "think out of the box" and bring an open mind. This particular exercise will potentially be very eye opening to you.
It involves no live fire, but plenty of situational awareness.
I don't want to give too much away but, even if it's a rainy night we can still do this so don't let the weather scare you away.
Still bring your normal amount of gear as we'll have live fire stages too.
Thanks

Turnout was a little off tonight which must mean that everyone decided to mow their yards tonight.
Turned out to be a great night none the less.
We ran a simulated stage tonight refereed to as "Force on Force.
No live fire (well, airsoft).
Edit to add that we did actually still have 2 live fire stages.
I'll not go into to much detail except to say that the feed back was good enough that we'll bring it into the fold from time to time.
