If you don't mind ordering online... Blackhawk makes some dress carry belts.

I've got the plain black and the plain brown. Plenty stiff enough for me when I'm wearing my 1911 in an OWB leather holster.

When I'm in jeans or cargo/BDU style pants my go to belt is a universal BDU belt. Simple, tough, and going on 5 years old and still going strong.

As a stop gap, I bought a belt at Fin, Feather and Fur Saturday.

I'm still planning to buy a better one, probably a Galco.

You know, I've never checked the selection at the Fin. I'll be sure to do so next time. :) Thanks for the tip!

Unless I missed something, it's nothing much to write home about, in terms of appropriate belts, about on a par with Kohl's on a good day. In fact, the belt I bought is nearly identical to the Kohl's belt it's replacing. That one's just worn out over time, delaminating.

^ Ah, gotcha. Thanks.

Well, that at least saves me a special trip out...until I feel the need for a new blaster. :)

Don't let that stop you. The one on Bagley is now selling hardcast lead bullets.

I know this is an old topic but I just bought a thick belt from Mullets Harness Shop in Middlefield, OH. $15
It's an Amish owned store & they all so have the cheapest boots around with the biggest selection in stock.
