Does anyone have a clue when Trump will sign the receprosity order?

What reciprocity order are you referring to? I know a national reciprocity *bill* has been introduced, that needs to pass the House and Senate before Trump can sign it, but I haven't heard of a reciprocity order. Do you have a link, etc., so I can read about it?
