January 2025 question

Post by bignflnut »

Why would the President of the senate certify her political career termination by giving power to people who are all the worst historical things - including "a (real/present) threat to democracy "?

Please assure me "this can't happen in America " - like we've previously dismissed concerns over " public safety " and vote fraud.

Lookup Raskin 14th Amendment or will not certify

Based on charge of insurrection

91 indictments

Multiple impeachment

All the bad names one can be called

Jan 6 launcher

Probably missing a few

How would Mom-al-a not heroically defend the people and the free world (not to mention Ukraine) by blocking penetration of the oval...office - that is?

What are you asking about? Something to do with the process of the current Vice President, Kamala Harris, not certifying the election results whenever that time comes?

I'm assuring that Harris will be tempted to NOT certify the election in the Congress on Jan 6 2025.

Raskin argues that DJT is disqualified due to the 14th Amendment, and there is a slightly legally valid argument to make.

Politically, is DJT all the bad things you called him - including a threat to democracy - or were you cynically lying to your supporters?

Harris' complete career is over after Trump swears in...so why not delay that- becoming an American Hero (to a few) for saving us from "literally Hitler"?

I think Raskin's argument makes about as much sense and has about as much chance of working as this one

Experts recommend against tinfoil as it attenuates the signal. You want a grounded copper mesh that encloses the entire skull for optimal protection against "them".

Dismissal as a kook is an original response...I haven't heard that ever since joining this forum

My previously dismissed "theories", turned out to be bump stock bans and covid shutdowns...if we're referring to the scorecard.

I think that IF they really believed the garbage that they were spewing, then, yes, they might try anything. Temptation or not, I think Harris will certify the election, because of the bolded. They were lying (and desperate) and they knew it.

Just one funny example, on Wednesday, Biden was seen with a huge smile on his face, and talking about wanting a smooth transition to the Trump administration. :? You want a smooth transition with someone who you implied was a fascist and compared to Hitler and King George (in a Harris speech near the end when the Hitler comparison wasn't working) and was going to end democracy?

As far as Harris's completer career being over in politics, I'm not so sure. I think she still has a chance in California for doing something, IF she even wants to do that. She might want to become a pundit for MSNBC or be on The View or something. She would fit right in there and never have to be challenged on anything she says

Harris and her cackling would be a great addition to The View. Could well be open spots there, since some of the panel said that a Trump victory would lead them leaving the U.S. forever.
