Here's the link to the Champaign County Municipal Court site: https://web1.civicacmi.com/ChampaignCoM ... fault.aspx

To keep an eye on the case, go to the above link, click "I Accept, Continue", click "TR/CR Case Lookup", chose "Case" in the drop down, then put in the case number for Eric Smith, St. Paris Chief of Police: 24CRB00429

One can't help but wonder if his attorney, listed as "Douglas D. Brannon", is going to make something of the claims of the "private" entity known as the Champaign County Agricultural Society, posting signage on their "private" property?
Yes, I do believe in open carry. An openly armed man is clear in his intentions. Concealed carriers are sneaks and skulkers and elitist, boot licking, political contribution making, running dog lackies of The Man. <wink> (thx grumpycoconut - OpenCarry.org)

Thanks for that link. Dang, October 25 for next court action?!? Maybe this'll be wrapped up before the '25 county fair...
Total repeal of ALL firearms/weapons laws at the local, state and federal levels. Period. Wipe the slate clean.
