My wife and I renewed in Lake County today. Scheduled our appointments a few weeks ago. Arrived about five minutes early with our paperwork completed and walked out in about 10 minutes with new CHLs in hand.
Sheriff/Deputy was polite, cheerful, good-humored and even remembered me from when I got my replacement back in the day.
Would that all of my law enforcement engagements were so pleasant.
Five stars. Would renew here again.
