Toledo area 2024 Spring M&G

Post by Jim-in-Toledo »

Anyone interested in attending a Meet & Greet in Toledo in the next few weeks?

I am thinking about the Frisch's Big Boy at Lewis and Alexis, https://frischsnwo.com/toledo-alexis/, for the location. :?: :D

Last time I was there, for one of these shindigs in fact, think they still had a smoking section!

Just can't smoke in there anymore.

But they do have BBQ sauce!

No one else even want to comment?

Propose a time, date, different location?

Anything else?

Okay, I will be there at 5:00 pm on Sunday 4-21-24, if anyone wants to show up.

And again at 5:00 pm on Monday 4-22-24.

Look for the old guy in the electric wheelchair.

 Well, nobody showed up either day.

Doesn't anyone want to meet up anymore? :?: :?

If you are willing to, suggest a time and place.

Man, I hate to see this. But, the low traffic in the forums does kind of tell the tale. I wish I lived closer so I could have attended - I and a couple others have managed to keep the annual NE M&G going, but it's the only one I can recall seeing in the last few years.

couldn't post with recent IT problems, hopefully fixed ! ! !

still sounds like a good idea!

It's about 2 hrs for me, no way I could've made it same-day (Sunday) or, Monday earlier this week

Today, well in between rains it's a dry day, I have outside list to do , mowing, honey-do

WHEN will I B able to fish?

Somewhere way after that, yes I can make it. Probably towards end of May.

I thought of going but it's over 2 hr away for me too.

Maybe we NE Ohio folks could carpool out there for the next one.
