Are there ANY bulk 5.56 bullets out there???

I have been looking all over the place for bulk (1,000 count or higher) 5.56, (.224 diameter) bullets.... Everywhere on the internet that I can find... They are sold out, no known restock date. Does anyone know what is up?
Is this a side effect of the run-on-guns? ( New guns need to eat too). Riot scare? Pandemic labor shortage? Something else? I haven't even tried to look for, 308 bullets yet... I suspect that my results will be the same.
Anyone know what is going on, or where a person can get a decent volume discount on these bullets? In a pinch I can cast a nearly endless supply of pistol bullets... But rifle bullets... I am at the mercy of the market... I can't make a jacketed bullet at home...

I got 500 projectiles (224 diameter but had to settle for 52G HPBT) from MIDSOUTH SHOOTER SUPPLY a month ago or so.They may have more.

You might try Widners https://www.wideners.com, I buy from them often good service. The last flyer I got from them they had bulk .224 55gr availible from 1K boxes up to 12K per carton. But the price on the shipping for 12K will make you wince!
