Another reason to have a gun when confronting robbers (with video)

The woman was knocked to the driveway by one of the armed robbers, who was getting mad, and the UNARMED husband went out to help her and became a victim himself. Had he been armed he could've taken out one or both of the armed robbers with little chance of hitting his wife, and maybe without even leaving the house.

Carjackings are becoming quite common in Chi town and many other big urban areas. I saw this story on my nightly national news. Why? What makes these victims so special?
