Brass is identical in dimensions, and the pressure difference is due to a difference in measurement (peak versus average).
The difference comes to the lead and throat dimensions of the chamber cut. Assuming you're buying cheap 55 grain stuff, you'll have zero issues. If you're putting 77 grain 5.56 in your .223, I'd expect an issue to crop up eventually.
