Place the order, select a pick up time/date. Day of pick-up received an email from Kroger, some items were unavailable, some they had substitutes for. Pull into a pick-up parking slot behind the store, call the phone # on the sign & they bring out & load your stuff. Young lad that brought our stuff out refused a $10 tip, not allowed he said.
5 stars, will shop there again.
Note
Kroger has now made this service free and no minimum order. (at least in my area).
Will be trying Walmart's service today.
We've been using the Kroger pickup at Mansfield Kroger's for about a year now. Been quite happy with it until this virus panic. Now they won't let you order these kind of items for pickup TP, paper towels, wipes, sanitizing supplies, & etc. The app says in store only or ship and I tried the ship but when i got to the checkout was told these items unavailable to ship. As of last Sunday still a $4.95 charge here. Can't see the reasoning for the "in store only" BS.
