The forums have been hosted for some time now out of my pocket. We are coming up on the annual domain renewal for ohioccwforums.org and I pay roughly $20/month to keep the forums online. I do this to maintain the long-standing history of discussions here indexed in Google, and so that people have a place to discuss this topic outside of modern social media censorship. At an event in New Hampshire, Biden pulled an Eric Swalwell. Like the failed presidential candidate, who scoffed at Second Amendment advocates, Biden said during his speech that personal gun ownership would not be able to combat a tyrannical government.
“Those who say ‘the tree of liberty is watered with the blood of patriots’ — a great line, well, guess what: The fact is, if you’re going to take on the government you need an F-15 with Hellfire Missiles,” Biden said. “There is no way an AK-47 is going to take care of you, if you’re worried about the government coming and knocking down your door.”
The Bundy Family disagrees with the efficacy of small arms...but let's give Biden the benefit of the doubt...
Here, here...let's end the NFA/GCA framework and allow people to buy and sell missile systems at will. Let the local hardware store stock long arms and dynamite again (Grand Reopenings across the fruited plain: NOW WITH MISSILE SYSTEMS!)

Wonder what they would say if you showed up for a cowboy shoot with one of those.
As a longtime cowboy action match director, I'd have found a way to put it in a stage, so that ALL competitors got a chance to fire it. The originators of CAS have occasionally toyed with the idea of doing "Roaring Twenties" matches, where you'd dress in the style of those days and use 1920's era firearms.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

Someone in my area still owns a cannon (black powder cannon) and not one of those little decorative desktop ones either. He fires it off at dusk many nights during the summer around 10pm. You can hear it for miles.
Silly me, I feel outgunned with owning only three cannon, including a full-scale 1841 Ames Six-pounder. Who needs an AK when I can send a double charge of grapeshot at an advancing squad.
