The forums have been hosted for some time now out of my pocket. We are coming up on the annual domain renewal for ohioccwforums.org and I pay roughly $20/month to keep the forums online. I do this to maintain the long-standing history of discussions here indexed in Google, and so that people have a place to discuss this topic outside of modern social media censorship. If you enjoy the forums and you'd like to help offset the cost, please consider a venmo donation here
Seems like I was blind to what's going on in my state cause I was watching Virginia. KY Gov is following suit of what Virginia is trying to pass with the
bill 20 RS BR 354. It bans mags to 10 rounds, bans all "assault weapons" unless register to the KY state police, and a few more goodies. I found by chance a pro 2A group on facebook by the yard sale site. Looks like we're marching Tuesday 1/7 to the capitol building and some counties have passed 2A sanctuary. If you want to read the bill itself. https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/recordd ... g_bill.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Yes, no thanks to the teacher union. They didn't like how former gov Bevin (R) was handling the budget and Andy Beshear (D) promised them a $2,000 raise this coming year. but at least we still hold the house.
The senator who wrote the bill is pulling a bait and switch.
“Donohue said he listened to his constituents and is actually going to pull it and file House Bill 191, which changes the language of the first bill.
"So, we get back in and said any magazines that you currently own, or any at all, AR-15's, whatever you own," said Donohue. "One or 100, you keep them. But if this legislation becomes law after that, you'd have to register your guns."
I mean really you "listened" but still going to try and pull this crap!?!

Well! How awfully gracious and generous of him . A played hand is easily read; 1st conflict equals 50% success (removal of 1st bill // draft) (keep the pressure up as MANY eyes look due east of you all)
Acquisitions thus far:
-Slingshot
-Butter knife
-Soda straw and peas
-Sharpened pencil
-Newspaper roll
--water balloon (*diversionary*)
Another democrat has filed another bill exactly as this one but limits the mags down to 7 rounds.
What's the saying for insanity? Keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different results.
We're going to have 2 more marches coming up soon. First one will be on 1/15 9am-3pm at the state capitol, that's when these bill will be assigned to committees. Last one will be on 1/31 same time and place, this one I think is more meet and greet. I mean this FB page has been up for a month now and we're almost 83,000 strong.

Some counties are starting to push back on us, some will make a letter saying they believe in the 2nd amendment and others saying no point in this, still work to be done.
