To amend sections 2929.28 and 5122.311 and to enact section 2923.26 of the Revised Code to require a firearm transfer to be made through a dealer, through a law enforcement agency, or pursuant to a specified exception, and to require a background check when a firearm is transferred.

Democrat's wish list.
1. Pass law that all gun purchases/transactions are subject to 4473 form mandatory background check.
2. Pass law that all 4473 forms be sent in to a central location for scanning and create registry of gun owners.
3. Then do a Austria/NZ confiscation of firearms to make USA a safer place to live.
