Found a design for a
3D printed auto-disk blank on Thingiverse. This design could be further customized.
Anyone able to tell me the width and thickness of a MicroDisk powder bar in mm?

My calipers put it at 0.452" thick and 1.260" wide, making it 11.4808mm thick and 32.004mm wide.

Just to clarify, I would like to know the height and width of the bar the micro disk slides on. I expect it to be about 6mm thick.

I'm sorry, I must not understand what you are looking for. I have one of these:
Which does not appear to be anything like what you posted.

Thank's everyone, I found my answer. For the curuious, the original Lee Micro Disk slider measures 6.30 by 10.47 mm
I plan on working up a basic design in OpenSCAD with dimensional variables to allow for fine tuning. Once that is done, I can start adding some additional features...

Here's what the current design looks like. The sloped powder drop hole is a customizable option.
