So I've been working up loads in the .50 Beowulf and ended up breaking the trigger pin. Not sure exactly why just yet. The same lower used to be used for a blowback pistol caliber upper, my gut feeling is that abuse might've started the crack and the Beowulf just finished it off.
Anybody else ever break a trigger pin in an AR lower?

I've never seen that either. I hear 9mm uppers take a toll on the hammer pins, but not so much the trigger pin.
