G26 value?
OK, pretty sure I know the answer here based on a quick perusal of gunbroker, but a coworker is looking to sell his G26* to help fund the purchase of a new G43. He mentioned $300...
I've not really been in the market for one, but I'm sort of thinking I should be on this like white on rice. What sayeth the hive mind?

I bought a Gen 4 Glock 26, used but with all 3 mags, factory box and paperwork for $425, which I thought was a great deal, so $300 is a really great deal.

$300 with 4 mags is a really good price. I'd probably ask $400.hAkron wrote:I bought a Gen 4 Glock 26, used but with all 3 mags, factory box and paperwork for $425, which I thought was a great deal, so $300 is a really great deal.

Re: G26 value?
One time I got a crazy good deal on a G27 in much the same way. Right place right time cash in hand. LEO had apparently bought one too many "off duty" guns to suit his wife, that one (the gun not the wife!) had to go. Already set up with extra magazines and tritium sights.
Used it a while, I never did like any Glock in .40 caliber enough to keep one (they are nowadays on my 'no thanks' list unless it's the same kind of can't lose money deal) and traded it to a different LEO who wanted a companion to his issued Model 22. Pretty sure a decent 1911 came my way in that swap.

Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!
