That looks like a simple "slide", how about useing a cheap Uncle Mikes?

That's what I did for the pistol mounting in my touring bicycle handlebar bag....a velcro strap that holds a desantis pocket holster; the whole set-up unvelcroes and goes in my pocket when I stop peddling. For the car I would like a more custom fit kydex/leather holster that mounted somewhere

Not a bad idea, but I'd like to help fund Dan's gun addictions. LOL.

I love the Comp-Tac clips. They hold well and never scuff or mar my belt.
I even took my Crossbreed Supertuck clips off that holster and replaced them with Comp-Tac clips.

Their C clips on a wilderness belt are unbeatable. Easy to remove the holster with out taking off the belt but I have yet to have the clips come off by themselves.
