A brief Google search led me to these academic studies, and each one has references to further academic studies. They do not
directly apply to the case of having an establishment posted and the risks mitigated as such, but the Lott / Landes study comes darn close. Each study outlines how crime rates go
UP when guns are restricted in any manner. But we all knew that, didn't we?
