Actually the term, She Who Must Be Obeyed, is as old as written language. It first appeared in the Gilgamesh Epic.
The Epic of Gilgamesh is an epic poem from Ancient Mesopotamia and is among the earliest known works of literary fiction.

Sort of implies that men have been hen pecked ever since Eden. :cry:
