Biden to end ALL online sales of EVERYTHING gun related

Post by 3 gun »

End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.

Gun parts .. would that include holsters? Can't think of anything else "gun parts" wouldn't include; including but not limited to, lasers, lights, grips, sights, springs etc.

Some of the crazy ideas listed I'd never heard of before now. No wonder they don't want to talk about the 2nd

Just like with Facebok\ok's banning of selling gun stuff in their market, most turned to selling magazine, boxes, pens, etc. that just happened to have guns, gun parts, or ammo in the pictures. Loopholes shall be exploited.

But Biden will never be President, ever.
Good luck and stand fast, true Patriots.

There is a major difference between FB / eBay policy and federal law .. like years in prison

I've done my part to see we never have Joe in the Whitehouse

From Joe's website (within the link ^^ provided) brightened portion...
...restore these records, and enact legislation to make clear that people facing arrest warrants are prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms.

End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.

Create an effective program to ensure individuals who become prohibited from possessing firearms relinquish their weapons. Federal law defines categories...
Acquisitions thus far:

-Slingshot
-Butter knife
-Soda straw and peas
-Sharpened pencil
-Newspaper roll
--water balloon (*diversionary*)

Yeah, I'm that good

At least under a Biden Administration, the red states would engage in the battle, right guys? We wouldn't passively accept inert plastic bans, bigger and more intrusive databases, ATF foreplay, red flag confiscations, etc. Not our beloved GOP, right?

Biden has “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics” ---how about putting that right in your eye.

Need more?...this dude doesn't even know what year it is. He needs a strong, independent woman beside him to tell him what to say...

I've been telling you for many years that the GOP is nothing. You're attempting / advocating to kick the can down the road, but the outcome is inevitable. The ballot box is not going to stop this thing from coming. Our bluster and bravado was a bluff? The bad guys called it? Whatchagonna do, brother?

I'd like to think that banning all gun and related sales online would clearly be an infringement on the 2nd Ammendment, as long as the supreme court would acknowledge such.

The current SCOTUS might uphold a online ban because of the interstate commerce clause. In addition if the Democrats win even one of the 2 runoff elections in Georgia in January, the Democrats will control the Senate. The can then pack the court and the 2nd amendment will be interpreted the same way RGB interpreted it. :(
