A Cleveland police officer shot a 17-year-old boy early Friday after a confrontation near the Lexington Village apartments on the East Side of Cleveland.

The officer saw there were multiple unboxed car stereos in the back seat and suspected they were stolen. He ordered Angelo to move his hands up so he could see them. Angelo refused.
Stacho wouldn't say what happened next to cause the officer to fire multiple shots into the car. He declined to say if the suspect was driving at the officer or brandishing a weapon...

ONN ran some footage on this and said the kid drove at the officer. Of course his mother told reporters what a good boy he was... even had two children (17 years old
