Update: Dealers have gotten some guidance regarding the driver's license problem. Since my Ohio CHL is still valid, was able to make a purchase through a local FFL store this week. Will all dealers be willing/able to do the same? Don't know.

Dang near a moot point as so many are voluntarily closed, operating by appointment only, and/or are poorly stocked anyway.
