Democrats had a decent haul on election night but since Election Day the Democrats have had a spectacular run.
In the US Senate Democrats picked up two seats since Election Day.

SNIP

Democrats have performed even better in the US House. Since election day Democrats have added close to 17 seats from Republicans who were winning on Election Day.

SNIP

There are 11 House seats still in question.

Broward County continues to struggle with the most basic demands of being a functioning democratic system. In fairness to Florida, all but a couple counties showed that they are prepared for democracy. However, Broward (which has been accused of mismanagement for years) fulfilled the worst expectations by filing its recount results two minutes late. It might have been two days for all that it matters. That is the problem with legal deadlines. There are generally no mulligans. Broward released an announcement that none of its recount would count. Despite the defense of Brenda Snipes by Democratic leaders like Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, the latest failure of her office removes any question about the level of mismanagement of the county (as well as those responsible for Palm Beach and Hillsborough counties). Snipes recently boasted that she never missed deadlines. To miss a deadline by minutes just shows a complete lack of supervisory competence.

SNIP

Making this all the more controversial, GOP candidate Rick Scott’s campaign has accused Snipes of intentionally missing the deadline to invalidate a count that favored his campaign.

A new analysis of those who have given political contributions to socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's (D-NY) reelection campaign has reportedly found that only 10 contributors live inside her district.

"The FEC only requires that political campaigns disclose the names and addresses of individuals who contribute over $200 to their campaigns during an election," The Daily Caller News Foundation's Andrew Kerr reported. "The $1,525.50 Ocasio-Cortez received from her New York constituents represents less than 1% of her campaign’s itemized contributions reported to the FEC in the first half of 2019."

In the key battleground state of Michigan, a Democrat city official is being charged with ballot tampering during the 2018 mid-term elections.

Southfield City Clerk Sherikia L. Hawkins faces six felony counts over “unauthorized and inaccurate” changes that she allegedly made to absentee ballots last year. Liberal state officials are attempting to categorize Hawkins’ behavior as a “rare” case of fraud.

Hawkins is considered a Democrat Party leader in high standing in the state of Michigan. She received the Dingell-Levin Award at the Michigan Democrat Party’s Legacy Dinner in Detroit just a few months ago.

A couple of minutes after polls closed in Easton, Pennsylvania on Election Day, the chairwoman of the county Republicans, Lee Snover, realized something had gone horribly wrong.

When vote totals began to come in for the Northampton County judge's race, it was obvious there was a problem. The Democratic candidate, Abe Kassis, only had 164 votes out of 55,000 ballots across 100 precincts. In an area where you can vote for a straight party ticket, it was near a "statistical impossibility", according to the New York Times.

When paper backup ballots were recounted, they showed Kassis winning narrowly, 26,142 to 25,137, over his opponent, the Republican Victor Scomillio. Snover said at about 9:30PM on November 5, her "anxiety began to pick up".

“I’m coming down there and you better let me in,” she told someone at the election office after eventually getting through to them on the phone.

A former Judge of Elections in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been charged and pleaded guilty to illegally adding votes for Democrat candidates in judicial races in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

On Thursday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against former Judge of Elections Domenick DeMuro, 73, for stuffing the ballot box for Democrats in exchange for payment by a paid political consultant.

The charges, and guilty plea, include conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific Democrat candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections and a violation of the Travel Act.

“The Trump administration’s prosecution of election fraud stands in stark contrast to the total failure of the Obama Justice Department to enforce these laws,” Public Interest Legal Foundation President Christian Adams said in a statement. “Right now, other federal prosecutors are aware of cases of double voting in federal elections as well as noncitizen voting. Attorney General William Barr should prompt those other offices to do their duty and prosecute known election crimes.”

As Judge of Elections, DeMuro was paid to oversee the election process in the 39th Ward, which encompasses Philadelphia.

DeMuro’s guilty plea states that he was paid by a political consultant to illegally add votes for particular Democrat candidates in primary judicial races. The political consultant who allegedly paid DeMuro had been hired by those Democrat candidates.

According to the indictment, the political consultant allegedly solicited payments from Democrat candidates who hired him, classifying them as “consulting fees.” The payments — which ranged from $300 to $5,000 — were then allegedly used to pay Election Board Officials, such as DeMuro, in exchange for those officials illegally adding votes for the consultants’ Democrat candidates.
Tinfoil?
It seems to be the official story that there was a conspiracy!
So, do we dismiss that official story of conspiracy or as conspiracy?
For the Militia “to execute the Laws”, (footnote 1) there must be “Laws” that sometimes may require the Militia’s “execut[ion]”—and therefore lawmakers and other public officials to enact and administer those “Laws” in the first instance. Rather than themselves participating in direct democracy of the “town-meeting” variety, WE THE PEOPLE throughout America typically elect legislators and most other officials as their representatives. This, because every State must have “a Republican Form of Government”; (footnote 2) and, according to American political science, “[a] republic” is “a government in which the scheme of representation takes place”. (footnote 3) Obviously, however, “a Republican Form of Government” does not exist if those who pass for “THE PEOPLE’S representatives” have not in fact been fairly chosen by THE PEOPLE at all, but instead have insinuated themselves into office despite THE PEOPLE’S true desires by means of electoral dirty tricks

Many news media, political activists and social media giants have gotten on the bandwagon that voter fraud is fiction. It is not.

A review of court cases and recent indictments – including one this week in Philadelphia against a former congressman – finds there have been at least four dozen cases in criminal and civil court since the last presidential election in 2016 in which voter fraud has led to charges, convictions, lawsuits or plea deals.

The schemes have ranged from old fashion ballot box stuffing to absentee and mail-in ballot fraud.

Here are a dozen of the more egregious examples.
Placing the fate of the nation in the power of the ballot box is folly. The ballot box has been corrupted, as has a multitude of institutions.

With 85 days until the presidential election, fears are increasing that foreign adversaries, such as China, Russia, and Iran, could attempt to undermine the election.

Foreign states, more specifically China, could use covert and overt measures to sway votes from President Trump.

Already, there was an incident in June, when Chinese video app TikTok saw users band together and falsely reserve tickets for President Trump's rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which resulted in an embarrassingly low turnout. As a result, the administration when on the offensive against the app and has since signed an executive order to ban it next month.

China could also be attempting to undermine the election by sending counterfeit driver's licenses to the U.S. So far, the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers working at Chicago O'Hare International Airport have intercepted close to 20,000 counterfeit U.S. driver's licenses shipped from China this year, reported FOX 5 New York.

There is another facet in the election process that isn't getting much media attention. That, as we all know, is on purpose. The Prvada puppets don't want the rest of us to know about this.

The movement is called the National Popular Vote Law. Please take a moment to watch the video which is a short but accurate summation of what the movement is about. Don't read any further till you watch the video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tUX-frlNBJY

Now that you watched the video let me explain my theory. Realize that some in the DNC play chess while some in the RNC play checkers. The democrats are liars, they're cheats and above all else very sneaky. They lost the white house in 2016 because of the electoral college. They didn't want that to happen again. Consider the following...

In 2000 they lost the white house because (if memory serves me correctly) the SCOTUS threw the decision to accept controversial ballots back to the Secretary of State in Florida; a republican.

During the next several years, the democrats were hard at work getting democratic candidates elected as secretary of states. In Ohio, for example, they got a democrat in that office and she said that it was acceptable to get a homeless person registered to vote.

Let that sink in for a moment. Just how can a homeless person register to vote when they don't live anywhere? It doesn't make sense. The republicans sued and lost their bid to block 200,000 homeless people from voting in Ohio. The Ohio Supreme Court said it was okay to register homeless people.

If memory serves me correctly, Obama won Ohio by - you guessed it - 200,000 votes.

Okay back to the National Popular Vote Law. Remember they need a voting block of states that make up 270 electoral votes. According to the website below, they have states with a total of 196 electoral votes and need 74 more.

This is from an organization that supports the National Popular Vote Law. In their own words: https://www.nationalpopularvote.com/state-status

There is an old political-military axiom which says; "Don't watch what this hand is doing. Watch what the other hand is doing."

IMHO, all this attention focused on Biden and his VP pick is a smoke screen designed to keep the American people from knowing what is going on.

If Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg assumes room temperature between now and November, just watch the Republicans screw things up in the Senate to confirm a new justice. In addition to the other hot button issues, the Republicans need to focus on this one.

If they do not confirm a pro-constitutional (read pro-electoral college) justice before November watch for the deadlock in the SCOTUS.

Take this scenario further. RBG dies and there is NO new justice to take her place.

Secondly, the National Popular Vote Law movement gets their additional 74 electoral votes wrapped up. Election night has come and gone. This one is for the record books. For the first time in US history, dead people have been allowed to cast their mail-in ballots.

The vote count is a repeat of 2016 with the Biden winning the popular vote but Trump winning the Electoral votes. But hold your horses there Nelly.

The National Popular Vote Law in the respective states has kicked in and those Electoral votes have gone to Biden. There will be challenges to the SCOTUS.

With a 4-4 split in the SCOTUS, the possibility for that NATIONAL POPULAR VOTE LAW to become reality happens. I guarantee you that many of the DNC leaders are watching and licking their chops over this. I will also guarantee you that very few Republicans even know of this.

From here on end, the reader can spin off additional scenarios for the rest of the century. However, I will leave this thought with you. The last civil war started as a result of an election.

High Power, interesting debate. However, I'm not worried about that at all. What I'm worried about is mail in voting and when do you technically have to vote by? How long are the courts going to be tied up determining if you truly needed to sign your mail in ballot? How long will they be tied up deciding if you had to have it postmarked by three days before election day or is postmarked on election day good enough? What if it's postmarked the day after but you swear it was in there the day before and because a third party messed up now your vote doesn't count?

Unfortunately, as we have seen already, there is a lot of mess-ups that can occur with mail in voting and with absentee voting in the past, I'm sure they have happened, but at a much smaller scale. Blow that scale up and you can decide the fate of a race.
