Democrats had a decent haul on election night but since Election Day the Democrats have had a spectacular run.
In the US Senate Democrats picked up two seats since Election Day.

SNIP

Democrats have performed even better in the US House. Since election day Democrats have added close to 17 seats from Republicans who were winning on Election Day.

SNIP

There are 11 House seats still in question.

Here's a bit of history on Voter Fraud and the legal basis for all of this...a Consent Decree from the 80s...

Broward County continues to struggle with the most basic demands of being a functioning democratic system. In fairness to Florida, all but a couple counties showed that they are prepared for democracy. However, Broward (which has been accused of mismanagement for years) fulfilled the worst expectations by filing its recount results two minutes late. It might have been two days for all that it matters. That is the problem with legal deadlines. There are generally no mulligans. Broward released an announcement that none of its recount would count. Despite the defense of Brenda Snipes by Democratic leaders like Debbie Wasserman-Schultz, the latest failure of her office removes any question about the level of mismanagement of the county (as well as those responsible for Palm Beach and Hillsborough counties). Snipes recently boasted that she never missed deadlines. To miss a deadline by minutes just shows a complete lack of supervisory competence.

SNIP

Making this all the more controversial, GOP candidate Rick Scott’s campaign has accused Snipes of intentionally missing the deadline to invalidate a count that favored his campaign.

A new analysis of those who have given political contributions to socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's (D-NY) reelection campaign has reportedly found that only 10 contributors live inside her district.

"The FEC only requires that political campaigns disclose the names and addresses of individuals who contribute over $200 to their campaigns during an election," The Daily Caller News Foundation's Andrew Kerr reported. "The $1,525.50 Ocasio-Cortez received from her New York constituents represents less than 1% of her campaign’s itemized contributions reported to the FEC in the first half of 2019."

In the key battleground state of Michigan, a Democrat city official is being charged with ballot tampering during the 2018 mid-term elections.

Southfield City Clerk Sherikia L. Hawkins faces six felony counts over “unauthorized and inaccurate” changes that she allegedly made to absentee ballots last year. Liberal state officials are attempting to categorize Hawkins’ behavior as a “rare” case of fraud.

Hawkins is considered a Democrat Party leader in high standing in the state of Michigan. She received the Dingell-Levin Award at the Michigan Democrat Party’s Legacy Dinner in Detroit just a few months ago.

A couple of minutes after polls closed in Easton, Pennsylvania on Election Day, the chairwoman of the county Republicans, Lee Snover, realized something had gone horribly wrong.

When vote totals began to come in for the Northampton County judge's race, it was obvious there was a problem. The Democratic candidate, Abe Kassis, only had 164 votes out of 55,000 ballots across 100 precincts. In an area where you can vote for a straight party ticket, it was near a "statistical impossibility", according to the New York Times.

When paper backup ballots were recounted, they showed Kassis winning narrowly, 26,142 to 25,137, over his opponent, the Republican Victor Scomillio. Snover said at about 9:30PM on November 5, her "anxiety began to pick up".

“I’m coming down there and you better let me in,” she told someone at the election office after eventually getting through to them on the phone.

A former Judge of Elections in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been charged and pleaded guilty to illegally adding votes for Democrat candidates in judicial races in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

On Thursday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against former Judge of Elections Domenick DeMuro, 73, for stuffing the ballot box for Democrats in exchange for payment by a paid political consultant.

The charges, and guilty plea, include conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific Democrat candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections and a violation of the Travel Act.

“The Trump administration’s prosecution of election fraud stands in stark contrast to the total failure of the Obama Justice Department to enforce these laws,” Public Interest Legal Foundation President Christian Adams said in a statement. “Right now, other federal prosecutors are aware of cases of double voting in federal elections as well as noncitizen voting. Attorney General William Barr should prompt those other offices to do their duty and prosecute known election crimes.”

As Judge of Elections, DeMuro was paid to oversee the election process in the 39th Ward, which encompasses Philadelphia.

DeMuro’s guilty plea states that he was paid by a political consultant to illegally add votes for particular Democrat candidates in primary judicial races. The political consultant who allegedly paid DeMuro had been hired by those Democrat candidates.

According to the indictment, the political consultant allegedly solicited payments from Democrat candidates who hired him, classifying them as “consulting fees.” The payments — which ranged from $300 to $5,000 — were then allegedly used to pay Election Board Officials, such as DeMuro, in exchange for those officials illegally adding votes for the consultants’ Democrat candidates.

Tinfoil?
It seems to be the official story that there was a conspiracy!
So, do we dismiss that official story of conspiracy or as conspiracy?

For the Militia “to execute the Laws”, (footnote 1) there must be “Laws” that sometimes may require the Militia’s “execut[ion]”—and therefore lawmakers and other public officials to enact and administer those “Laws” in the first instance. Rather than themselves participating in direct democracy of the “town-meeting” variety, WE THE PEOPLE throughout America typically elect legislators and most other officials as their representatives. This, because every State must have “a Republican Form of Government”; (footnote 2) and, according to American political science, “[a] republic” is “a government in which the scheme of representation takes place”. (footnote 3) Obviously, however, “a Republican Form of Government” does not exist if those who pass for “THE PEOPLE’S representatives” have not in fact been fairly chosen by THE PEOPLE at all, but instead have insinuated themselves into office despite THE PEOPLE’S true desires by means of electoral dirty tricks
