There's a big difference between women who happen to be in a countries military and a qualified sniper. Still though, looking at some old Soviet era pictures that were colorized, and also more modern pictures of Kurdish women snipers, it is obvious that many times they pose differently than the pics I've seen of male soldiers who are snipers.

Here is an interesting opinion from a former US army sniper regarding the capabilities of the Kurdish female snipers, not so much in their ability but their motivation. One thing the Kurds did was reward the female snipers with a pistol, 20 ISIS killed gets them a Makarov, 100 gets them a Beretta.
