Why isn't this in the news?

Simple.

The leading shooter on the OSU team?.... G. Zimmerman

 :P

The defending 2014 champions, Ohio State's amazing run has been aided by stellar shooting from Glenn Zimmerman, who currently leads the Individual Aggregate field with a 1077.

Ohio State Pistol Team will be needing a new coach. I had forgotten that Coach Sweeney played football for OSU.
Sweeney, 80, who just retired as pistol coach after serving all but seven of the past 63 years as an Ohio State student-athlete, coach and educator, is known on campus as a gentle soul; a man who taught athletes to control their breathing and maintain their composure at all times.

This is the famous University of Texas Tower, also known as the site of one of the earliest and most notorious mass shootings.

Spent a weekend in Austin, and naturally, I had to show the OSU Pistol team with pride.

I'm little behind but I'm happy to report that the OSU Pistol Team became national champions for the third year in a row! Threepeat!

Just checked out Conrad's website to make sure hats and shirts are still available. Found out they have added a mug. Have it for pistol and rifle.

Buckeyes are 2018 National Pistol Champs!!!

Conrads' search does not seem to be working. Two of the shirts I have linked on first page are still available. So is the mug. Here is a link to the hat:

Pistol team got a new coach for this season. Cannot say that I know why Coach Knisley left the program.

Go Bucks!

Here is a popup store for official Nike Ohio State Pistol Team clothing. I believe November 12th is the last day you can order stuff.

Rifle team clothing is here:

Ohio State Pistol team is national champions again. Also won the women's championship. I believe the only event they were not #1 was standard pistol where Texas A&M took top spot. Looks like COVID kept some schools away. I was very surprised to see Navy and Air Force did not compete.

A few weeks ago, Ohio State won the 2022 national pistol championship. I just got an email about being able to pre-order T-shirts that proclaim this championship. If anyone is interested, here is the link:
