I have Ohio and New Hampshire.

I have taken the Utah training but I decided to wait a bit because I did need it right away so I didn't want to spend the money right away. Now I can't find the application which requires my instructor's signature! I guess I need to email her and see if she can send me another one.

I think that the question was what STATES do you have a license in.
