Security Guard Brandishing a Firearm? ( + video fragment)

Jerome Scott (security guard) has a habit of using his gun in a threatening manner (still holstered, but holding it like he's an immediate threat) as he skips over most of the use of force continuum. He skips basic verbal commands & de-escalation, empty hand controls, and skips less lethal weapons as he goes straight to implying he will shoot someone if things don't go the way he wants them to go. Then he doesn't arrest them.
On Sunday, Jan-16-2022, I witnessed this man lose control because a patron said something offensive. The security guard charged towards the unruly patron, and then the guard presented himself as an immediate threat by gripping his pistol in a really obvious way as he basically challenged the patron to a fight because of "disrespect". Up until that point, the patron was just frustrated by the terrible service he received but not menacing or threatening in any way (but he was noisy and offensive). After leaving the building, the patron tried to break the window with a trash can. Police were involved and the security guard lied to the officers to make himself look like the victim.
This video segment only shows a tiny fragment of the end of the encounter. Security guard (Jerome Scott) is holding a pistol with his right hand. https://www.dropbox.com/s/9ucvfqmglu9ue ... 9.mp4?dl=0
What are you supposed to do if a security guard gets out of control in a CPZ?
Also: I left out the business' name because they will try HARD to get the video taken down through their lawyers. Is this serious enough to lose his certification/license as a security guard? What do you all think about this?
