Mods can delete my picture on the post of the charging document, but Bob is OK with it being posted. He even posted a copy with a similar redaction on FB.

He did not listen to advice. Made a plea deal with prosecutor.

Well, that's a shame. How long did it drag out before they came to terms? Any more you can tell us?

Folks, outcomes like this are why I call it "the legal system" as opposed to "the justice system", quite often.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!
