Dayton Police A+

Thursday evening, I was walking to a neighborhood homeowner's association meeting, to be held in a park just around the corner from where I live. I was open carrying as I normally do. I was also carrying a lawn chair. A Dayton Police Officer passed me in his patrol car, went to end of the street, turned around and came back. The officer stopped me, and asked, "Are you going to the meeting?". I said, "Yes". He then asked me where to park his car.

I was the first one to the meeting. The second to arrive was a gentleman, who was also walking. From a distance, he had seen the police car stop me. He noticed I was carrying and asked if that was why the officer stopped me. He then asked why I was carrying. We had a pleasant discussion.
