The "Non Mandate" vs Dan Bongino

Post by bignflnut »

Exit Dan Bongino, a former Secret Service member who did a few hits on Fox News and other punditry, converted that into becoming one of the biggest stars on the right side of the radio dial.

Oh, he voluntarily took the jab(s). Cancer survivor, personal calculation, etc. However foolish one might think this course of action is, do any of us have either the responsibility or authority to compel DB to action? No.

However, one of the big radio corporations -- acting under the authority of a Biden press conference, not an OSHA mandate or law generated by Legislative authority --, carrying and syndicating Bongino's show, has required the jab.
Bongino has pushed back, publicly stating that the corporation can have the mandate or his talent, but not both.

Then comes this:
Industry insiders told trade magazine Radio Ink that Bongino’s show will be dropped from distribution entirely this week.

His live shows stopped airing last week, and reruns were circulated in their place.

So, to those who took the position (prior to 2019) that Disney/Cedar Fair/Local sports venues could inject you prior to entering their amusements, or that Wal-Mart could insist on slapping your bloodstream around before you shop -- knowing that owning one's body is the foundational argument for self-defense and therefore the right to carry the means to execute that defense -- who will defend the "rights" of corporations to determine their own policies and procedures over and above your individual bodily autonomy?

Somebody show me the math on how the "land of the free and the home of the brave" insists that bodily autonomy is subject to the whims of virtue signalling corporations? Then do self-defense, RKBA and any other inalienable Rights one must surrender to privately owned businesses.

Bongino is jealous for his liberties, not his comfort. This is what patriotism looks like.

God Bless DB, may his house increase.

The Non Mandate may take shape today
The White House has just released new policies requiring all companies - big and small - to coerce their workers into accepting the vaccine, or face termination, as the Biden Administration continues to up the pressure on all working Americans to get vaccinated before Jan. 4.

According to Axios, President Biden is planning to announce Thursday that employers with more than 100 workers on their payroll must guarantee that their workers are fully vaccinated, or tested weekly, by Jan. 4, 2022. If not, they could face federal fines starting at tens of thousands of dollars per offense.
TX AG vows to sue as soon as it hits the Fed Register.
ACB and Kav thinking they'd like a vacation...DJT legacy solidifying against his constituency.

completely delusional
on Thursday, President Biden said vaccination requirements are 'good for the economy' and they will help send people back to work.
Senator Marsha Blackburn said in a statement: 'Our economy is crumbling, and President Biden is doing everything in his power to make it worse. While businesses scramble to fill the 10.4 million open jobs in our country, Biden's vaccine mandate will push even more Americans out of the workforce.'

She also tweeted Thursday morning: 'Joe Biden is firing essential workers.'

Republican Representative Jody Hice insisted to DailyMail.com: 'American workers should never have to choose between their job or a vaccine.'
Congressman Andy Biggs of Arizona said: 'Enough is enough.'

Since day one of the Biden Administration, federal agencies, like OSHA, have been weaponized against the American people',' he told DailyMail.com. 'OSHA has no right twisting the arm of the private sector and forcing ultimatums on employees' personal healthcare decisions. That's why my bill, the NOSHA Act, abolishes OSHA and its bureaucratic regulations. It's time to end the Big Brother state and fight back against these unconstitutional agencies.'

This week, Biggs introduced a bill to abolish OSHA after the agency created and imposed Biden's rule forcing private businesses to mandate coronavirus vaccines.
It's telling how they keep doing things through 'regulatory agencies' that are difficult to stop or control.
