Post by bignflnut »

An 18-year-oldwho eyewitnesses say opened fire in a high school in Texas this week was released from jail on bail on Thursday.

Timothy Simpkins walked out of the Tarrant County Jail accompanied by relatives and entered a vehicle without speaking to reporters.

He was released on $75,000 bond.

He was being bullied and was attacked at the time he did the shooting.

Was he attacked at the time of the shooting or was he attacked prior to that time ? I had heard prior, and saw one of the videos, but nothing saying he was defending himself from attack at the time of the shooting.

Here is allegedly a video of the beating the shooter received prior to the shooter getting a gun out of his backpack and started shooting.

It's been reported that it was after, but not yet reported how soon after, and or whether the attack was truly over or not. Sometimes an assault or the risk of another assault isn't truly over just because the attacker takes a temporary break or the victim of the assault temporarily gets away from the attacker. For example, (real life example from back in the day) a guy is beaten by a group of 3 guys in his business. He doesn't have a gun on him but has one hidden in the room. While down on the ground and the assault temporarily over, only because the assailants got overconfident and took a break. They are laughing, saying derogatory things, and generally thinking the guy is helpless. Despite his injuries he is able to grab the hidden gun and point it at the attackers and start firing. He hit the two closest attackers and the third guy decided to flee.
