2 of the 3 were smiling in their photos, and why not? They could "face up to 5 years in prison." IMHO if politicians, R or D were really serious about reducing gun related violence they would concentrate on this activity instead of making even more gun laws that won't be strictly enforced or punished either against real criminals.

Yep, the NYC police commissioner tweeted last week about how happy he was that 'gun arrests' were up significantly. He used an example of a recent arrest of a criminal with a gun but didn't see the problem with also noting this was the 7th time this guy was arrested in the last 6 months! 2 of those 7 arrest were for violence and shooting.

If you want to increase arrest, just keep letting the criminals back out and they will be arrested again for sure.

As I have heard B4 from horsey's mouth, ''Fed time is sweet'' :P
'' '' '' '' '' '' '' mouth; calculated risk vs reward of selling kilos, and, the chance of being caught AND convicted. AND sentenced to a FIRST sentencing probability of 1-3 years is a COST OF BUSINESS. Part of a TEN YEAR PLAN (think: business model). And another option is a diversionary programme, drug court(s) etc (all the while he/she continues to...well... you know 8) )

Labor sentences deter and yes, END crime.

Criminals will work VERY hard at...not working very hard. And the REAL twist is, working at evil got gains. Never crossed their minds, sell cars instead. Work OT. Other....legit means of income (including after hours TAX FREE work i.e. mechanic).
Acquisitions thus far:

-Slingshot
-Butter knife
-Soda straw and peas
-Sharpened pencil
-Newspaper roll
--water balloon (*diversionary*)

Yeah, I'm that good
