Washington Bill Would Make Open Carry In Groups A Felony If Someone is ‘Alarmed’
A bill under consideration in Washington State would make a group of at least three four people felons if they’re openly carrying a firearm…and someone feels alarmed by it.

The bill, HB 1283, makes it a crime if someone “acting with three or more other persons” … “openly carries, exhibits, displays, or draws any firearm…in a manner…that warrants alarm for the safety of other persons.”
(1) A person is guilty of the crime of criminal mischief if,
acting with three or more other persons, he or she ((knowingly)):

(b) Openly carries, exhibits, displays, or draws any firearm,
dagger, sword, knife or other cutting or stabbing instrument, club,
or any other weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm, in a
manner, under circumstances, and at a time and place that either
manifests an intent to intimidate another or that warrants alarm for
the safety of other persons.
Seems pretty vague.. Moms Demand Action would LOVE this bill.

Looks like you are better off just taking over the local police precinct or burning some local businesses /s

Who is talking about freedom of association within the RKBA world?

Remember the talking points a decade plus ago, where "Hey, we don't talk about that here...we just talk about our one niche thing", because that's how Natural Rights work, they only take one away, then people really push back.

At times I'm glad that some who have lead us to this place are no longer with us, and at times I enjoyed listening to Rush recognize how failed his mission over 30+ years had been -- not that anyone is willing to shift tactics -- yet.
