Car Bomb in downtown Nashville detonates Christmas morning

Supposedly the RV had been parked Christmas eve and began broadcasting a warning to evacuate before exploding.

Security cameras before the explosion clearly can hear the recorded evacuation warning before detonating..

We definitely felt it, and we are 12 miles east of downtown as the Crow flies. Given the amount and range of the damage there I’m guessing the coach parked on the street was stuffed full of either C4 or a fertilizer bomb like they used in Oklahoma City. The concussive force of that blast was just incredible this morning.

The recorded warning to evacuate doesn’t really support the idea of Middle Eastern terrorists. I can’t remember the last time an Al-Qaeda operative warned infidels to flee prior to a bombing. Seems as if they would rejoice more for every infidel they took out.It will be interesting to see how this develops.

Warning the potential victims does not seem to be standard terrorist procedure. I have seen no reports of injuries, so far.

Saw an article that said three people had been treated for minor injuries. Police went house to house warning the handful of residents in the area to evacuate, probably saved lives.

The warning said everybody should evacuate buildings...this could have been a poorly designed attempt to get people to exit their buildings so they would be in a mass in the street when the bomb went off. This is a common tactic in the Middle East.

It's also been theorized that the target was the AT&T datacenter which had been damaged but not destroyed. It has been reported to have caused telephony switching issues in the city and internet interruptions state-wide.

Perhaps it was a distraction for something else?

Anyone know where the Governor's daughter's boyfriend is this time?

Have no fear, though. The FBI are on the case. Surely they will uncover who's behind the bombing. What's this? There's string tied in a noose that is hanging on the rear-view mirror in the car three blocks away owned by a white cisgendered male who voted for Trump. "Come comrades, we have higher priorities!"
Good luck and stand fast, true Patriots.

Such a fragile infrastructure we have and rely on.. Good thing they didn't target the power grid.

So is data and landline voice service, including a major fleet fuel card payment processor which is located in Nashville.

I know this is far east of Nashville but we were north of Crossville on st rt 127 on Christmas, and Verizon and Sprint cell phones were working just fine. My AT&T phone couldn't make calls in the sticks, but it never can, only data and text. The closer we got to the Interstate my AT&T phone worked just fine. The local cable phone provider for my relatives house is Twin Lakes, and they could only call out, not get incoming calls, but they've that problem in the past, don't know if it's connected to the bombing or not. The first gas station we passed said they couldn't process credit cards at the pump that morning, but also said it's a common problem for them. They could do it inside. There was a long line though so we went to the next station and their pumps could process credit cards. I hate going in behind people who don't just prepay gas, and stand there and hem haw around while they are trying to decide what kind of lotto tickets to buy, etc.

After LE gave their 1pm EST update where they said the RV had a recording saying that it would explode and get away, and then it later exploded, FNC had on some alleged expert who gave his opinion that, "It seems clear to me that this was a deliberate act." Fox should've just hired the Captain Obvious guy from the TV commercials.

Well apparently it's conclusive this was NOT an act of terrorism...

https://archive.is/PPsDD#selection-1213.366-1213.475" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
The FBI concluded that the bomber, Anthony Quinn Warner, chose the location and timing so that it would be impactful while still minimizing the likelihood of “undue injury.”
The report found that Warner acted alone and set off the bomb to end his own life, driven in part by his longtime beliefs in several “eccentric” conspiracy theories and paranoia as well as “the loss of stabilizing anchors and deteriorating interpersonal relationships.”
The FBI statement also said the investigation determined that Warner's actions were not related to terrorism.
“The FBI’s analysis did not reveal indications of a broader ideological motive to use violence to bring about social or political change, nor does it reveal indications of a specific personal grievance focused on individuals or entities in and around the location of the explosion,” the FBI said.
But people that own AR15's, and haven't broken any laws, are all potential domestic terrorists.

Oh, the relief we should all feel that a random crazy just decided to plant a bomb in a city and didn't want to actually build anything with his violence! TPTB can rest easy, nobody is coordinating to take them on.

There's still just one coordinated group with a broader ideological motive to use violence that will bring about social or political change...and that agenda is being passed with haste!
