You can train people and train people, but in the end a few people are just not going to listen. Although that also includes law enforcement, there isn't an agenda against law enforcement being armed in schools (yet)

I'm reallly surprised to hear that she was even allowed to carry at all. Most of the schools I've heard about don't, instead they secure the guns and the teacher has to take time to go get them.

Sadly, even no one was hurt, anti gunners will misuse this one incident to try to stop CC in schools. If they get their way, it may potentially result in dozens of dead and injured just like what has happened in the past. :(

She should be fired at a minimum. Could have been a fatal incident. With exercising rights comes responsibilities.
God,
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can
and the Wisdom to know the difference.

Carrying a gun is a right, not a crime.

Gun control is racist.

I wish we had a stick we could use to prod every school to keep up the oversight needed to have a safe and effective program. Gives me gray hairs knowing some schools will think a few days of training is all they ever need. The local leo they used for training must have missed communicafing that part of the plan to the school.

They probably don't expect to teach their staff any better than they do their students.

I agree.
Some things you only get to do once.
Leaving your gun at school where first graders can play with it is one of those things.
Not only should she be fired, she shouldn't work for schools anymore, period.
Ain't activism fun?
