Two armed men came in the theater and robbed the cashier office and the concession during the showing. I don't understand how this could happen. The theater doors are clearly signed "No Guns". It's fortunate no patrons were injured.

Hmm, happened at 3pm. Not all criminals work on third shift.
Quit worrying, hide your gun well, shut up, and CARRY that handgun!

Shortly after CCW here in Ohio, I visited that theater with my kids and knowing they were posted, I disarmed but took one of these signs with me. Image

I taped it over their 'No guns' signs as we walked in. But as my luck goes, the top piece of tape didn't stick so it fell down so it was facing inside. The person at the ticket booth saw it and started pointing and calling to the 'security' person standing to the side. I just kept walking but saw him go outside, read the sign and give me a thumbs up before he wadded it up and tossed it in the trash.

Something else interesting with this story is that the theater that was robbed is about 50 yards from the Miami Township Police station.
